When the DBKL thought that the speaker was the kitchen hood!

Today yarl restaurant turned on its loud and deafening kitchen hood at 6.10 a.m. The noise is so loud and deafening that there is only one thing that we could do and that is to leave our bedrooms immediately. This is already the 21st century but we are still living in a cowboy town. I think that it's really a great joke that lawlessness still prevails in this era. Anyone can simply come into town, threaten your life but you can do nothing to stop them. Is there any law to protect the basic rights of the citizens of Malaysia  or is it because we have laws that no one obeys and the law enforcers couldn't be bothered to enforce them?

What happened to my report to the Kuala Lumpur City Council? The kitchen hood was mistaken to be the speaker inside the restaurant which yarl restaurant's boss said was only temporary and intended to attract customers during Deepavali. Lying again, I suppose. He must have shut the gate at the back of the restaurant so that the DBKL officers couldn't see it. They should have gone to the back of the restaurant to check. (Though I do wonder how this mistake could be made when the photo of the kitchen hood is so clear in my blog article and I have provided a link to this blog article in my email to DBKL). What happened to the kitchen hood that I was talking about? It is very obvious that yarl restaurant's boss turns it off whenever someone comes to check. 1.Tarikh siasatan pada 29/10/2013@10.00mlm.
2.Premis yang diadukan merupakan restoran menjual makanan/hidangan SriLanka(Tamil).
3.Terdapat sebuah speaker didalam premis digunakan untuk menarik pelanggan semperna Pesta Deepavali.
4.Pesta akan tamat pada 3/11/2013.

1.Tiada kacauganggu bunyi bising semasa siasatan.
2.Pemantauan akan diteruskan.
